Junior (11 to 14 years old)
Junior+ (15 to 18 years old)

DANCE STYLE
Classical, neo-classical dance;
Character dance, folklore, stylization;
Modern-jazz, contemporary, lyrical;
Hip-hop, breakdance, street dance, jazz-funk,
dance hall, house dance;
Children's dance, pop dance;
Other genres (show, belly dance,
acrobatic, gymnastics...)

Soloists, duos and groups are entitled
to participate several times provided
of separate registration and appropriate payment.

Beginners
1 dance class
per week
(during the first 3 years)


Amateurs
2 to 3 dance classes per week

Pre-professionals
From 11 years old,
4 and more dance classes per week


Professionals
from 17 years old

The "Golden Bee" competition has a qualifying and non-competitive evaluation principle.
Each performance is judged according to three criteria:
1. Technical notation
2. Artistic notation
3. Choreography
4. General impression
The following criteria will also be considered: dramaturgy, choice of music, choice of artistic image, vocabulary and figures, placement and lines, quality of interpretation, expression, quality of movement, creativity, originality, costume.
The maximum score for a criterion is 10 points.
A participant can receive a maximum of 40 points from a jury member.
Places are allocated based on the number of points scored.
Therefore, multiple winners are possible in a single nomination and age category.
